  Terrible!! SLOWEST drive-thru line on the PLANET!! Be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes PER CAR that's ahead of you when you pull up, and this is on every. single. visit. It's been this way for a DECADE at this location. The drive-thru should be for NOTHING more than drop off and pick up. If you need ANYTHING else, including asking the pharmacist a question, you should have to go inside the store. Period. CAN'T WAIT for the new Publix to open across the street!! We don't go inside this Kroger location because it's always dirty and disgusting. Once Publix opens, we'll NEVER use them again! 13 years has been long enough!!

  They are generally okay unless they are short staffed and then it's a toss up between a nice encounter and someone being very short and rude with you. Also certain employees can sound very judgemental at times which is unnecessary.

  The pharmacy is rude! I’ve been going there for 4 years and it’s always something, today was the last straw..they hire rude 18 year olds who aren’t trained in customer service! I’m switching as of today!
