  I walked in today seeking help with my current hearing aids. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong. Sherri took the time to listen, and address my concerns. Not only was my issue fixed but I left hearing a lot better than I originally could. She really does care, and it’s a comforting feeling knowing you have someone who will do her best to make sure your issues are fixed. I recommend this place to anyone who is in the jasper, or surrounding areas.

  I called Sherri and Miranda at Audio Nova to see if I needed to come by for a checkup on my hearing aids. Miranda was very helpful for giving me the information I needed. I haven't had a problem since I got them in February. I was told I could call in August to set up an appointment. Thanks for the help.

  Sherri is wonderful! Makes you feel at ease and explained all my options on new hearing aids. Every time I need new tubing they are very accommodating in getting me in quickly. Highly recommend them!
