  Awesome! I was 7 mins past the close off and Gracie still was kind enough to make my protein shake and really represented what customer service is all about. Facility is always well stocked and clean as well.

  This is such a nice gym! All of the equipment is state of the art! There's a huge Olympic size pool that you can swim laps in or take a hydroclass. They have the best recovery room for after your workout, or if you're just feeling sore.. It's a separate room for premium members that offers leg compression, a cool plunge chair, 3 red light therapy rooms, and 4 hydro massage chairs. It is the best recovery section that I've seen out of all the One Life gyms that I've visited so far! Onelife Fitness- Holly Springs also offers an array of different exercise classes throughout the day.

  This One Life Fitness location is absolutely amazing! Daniel was so professional and thorough as provided a tour and explained the purpose of each section of the gym. A great place to start your Health & Wellness journey!! 😊

  This is a great club. But being 65+… I come from a different generation. This non intensity/laid back/cell phone generation… is hardly inspiring. wish there was a “no cell phone/back to basic” sectioned off area… somewhere in the club, like back in the day… to have those kinds of individuals that kind of mindset around… now that would be inspirational. Just a thought.
