This has been, by far, one of the worst gyms I’ve ever dealt with. Not because of the facility itself, but because of the poor management, lack of communication, and overall customer service experience.
I canceled my membership months ago, yet my account continues to be charged. I was charged a cancellation fee, told my membership was canceled, and somehow I am still listed as an active member and being billed. No clear instructions were provided on how to properly cancel, and multiple requests seem to have gone undocumented or ignored.
I was told I would receive a response within 24 hours, but I’ve now been waiting well over 72 hours with no resolution. Getting in touch with corporate has been nearly impossible, and no one seems willing to take ownership of the issue.
The management at the Holly Springs location was rude, unprofessional, and clearly failed to handle my cancellation properly. The entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend this gym based on how members are treated when problems arise.
