  Reserved appointment slots for both of us on the Optical website. Upon arrival we were checked in. Dr. Hall was very nice and so was the staff. Of course, they were busy but kept it moving.

  My appointment was quick and easy. Dr.Haywood was thorough and explained my eye pictures. Megan at the front was fun to talk to and made sure that I had the best experience with getting my glasses and contacts. I love coming to Target Optical in Hiram .

  I literally HAD to come tell you guys about how amazing the staff is here at this Target optical. My experience was nothing short of perfect and efficient. I wish I would’ve gotten everyone’s name but Megan as well as Dr. Tommy Cung and the lovely lady who greeted me to take me back for my appt were so kind , informative, and helpful. So thankful for their great spirits and service!

  I made an appointment for 5pm today, the day before I get a text saying that I needed to confirm by 2pm of the same day or they would cancel the appointment, I got that text at 1:45pm, giving me a 15 minute window to confirm on a WORKING DAY. Then they moved my appointment without my consent or knowledge. I called them at least 3 times, but no one ever answers the phone, all they do is text. I am unsure if this is being ran by young inexperienced employees, but better customer service needs to be provided. I am highly disappointment with Target, I have been a loyal customer for Target for decades.

  Megan has the best customer service,she is so awesome and amazing, I would buy glasses there till the day I die because of her ,MEGAN ROCK🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
