No. We do not charge customers for their initial visit. That includes a complimentary hearing exam and, when available, an in‑home trial of the latest hearing aid technology. Contact the clinic to schedule an appointment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), any current hearing aids, a list of problem sounds or listening situations, and an interpreter or caregiver if you need assistance. We also recommend bringing a family member or friend to help identify hearing situations.
Does Medicaid or Medicare cover hearing aids?
Medicaid provides coverage for hearing aids in over half of U.S. states, though coverage varies by state.
