- RFRon FritchleyJun 10, 20265.0This was my first visit to Pearl Vision. The facility is very well maintained and pleasant. Yolanda welcomed me and got the exam process started quickly. Dr. Dang was very thorough with her vision testing. She answered all questions with concise answers. She recommended eye drops for dry eyes that are excellent. Overall a very good examination.

- ABAbdel BerrioApr 23, 20263.0Not recommended. I took a senior person for an appointment there. The appointment was for 4:20PM, but we arrived at 4:27PM. We were 7 minutes late. When we arrived, I told the lady working there that we had an appointment, and she told us we were already late, and they only have a 5 minute grace period. She sounded a little rude, but nothing too bad. She offered to reschedule for next day, but we declined. The Store had no customers when we walked in! The senior person I took to the appointment didn't have insurance, so I really dont know why a clinic would say no to someone uninsured, any clinic wishes to have cash customers. It felt like they didn't want to make money. I later checked, and they close at 5:00PM. I do not understand why they couldn't do an eye exam in 33 minutes...but they could do it in 40 minutes. Maybe 33 minutes is enough for an eye exam, but not enough time to sell us expensive frames. I do not know. So, in conclusion, if it was my business, and I had no customers at the store, and will take the customer who is 7 minutes late. Specially when customer is paying cash. If their business model is around selling frames, and no so much on eye exams or to really help people, I wouldn't go here. I will chose a doctor who cares. I have 5 people in my household who need glasses, and I am sure this store will not be one I would recommend.
