  Dr. Dang was awesome, but the entire experience was ruined at the front. My husband picked out his frames, then they processed his payment without telling him they added a coating that cost us $45. We never add coatings because they historically have scratched and gotten blurry. When we said we didn't want it one of the front staff became combative and told him he didn't clean his glasses correctly (after wearing them for years). She refused to give a refund and now we're out $45. We want our money back.

  The eye exam went well. I was very satisfied with that but when it came to paying the bill, it was just in one big lump sum. Nothing was itemized. I wasn’t too crazy about that. Also, I wasn’t going to mention it but. When I first went to get my eye exam I noticed the black lady seemed to be very abrupt, not overly friendly. I guess I didn’t think much of it until I went to pick my glasses up today and I noticed the same thing. She’s very abrupt not overly friendly. I could chalk it up to just having a bad day but two days in a row. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning. I’ll find something closer to home. That’s a little more friendlier.

  For some reason my review was deleted, so let's try again. This was the second time I've came to this location and had a bad experience. I came just to see if my sight has changed because where I normally go to get my eyes checked, they dont do this anymore. The lady at the front told me I had to have my eyes dilated or I had to take the pics of the eyes. I told her I was not doing either, as I just had this done last week. Plus was not going to pay additional money for this. She was very rude about and I also told her I didnt do this last year. She got real snippy and said things change. Then she stated we shall see what the Dr says. Well the Dr didnt require me to do and actually sent my test to the other Dr I see. This front lady was the same one from last year who tried to scam me by trying to say she could give me a better deal than my insurance. Saying my insurance didn't cover much on the lenses. Quoted me over $300. Went to another Pearle Vision and got a more expensive pair of frames, plus the bells/ whistles on the lenses and walked out paying close to $160.00. Something is not adding up. I will never go back to this location ever again. This was the last straw.
