  I have been here twice, and each time the people have been extremely friendly. They are easy to talk to, and they explain what they will do. I highly recommend them.

  Lanier Dermatology's staff is very friendly and professional they really make you feel at home and comfortable with the procedures they perform.... I highly recommend them !!!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Smith since he began his practice in Gainesville. He had to remove a small growth on my arm, and I have seen him annually since then. He is always there when I have a skin problem to diagnose and successfully treat.

  You are the BEST I am very pleased to be there with you and I am letting others at our Senior Center and at church services too know just how GOOD you are! You TRULY are there for all of your customers you DELIVERED 100% and give a good sense of your services! Please do continue onward with your COMPASSIONS that are there truly putting your VERY BEST into your goals and efforts in regards to addressing for problems again THANK YOU are there treating as if I was first customer HORRAY 1000 times you and all of your STAFF members!!!

  I made an appointment here because it was recommended to me, but it wasn't a good experience. Everything seemed fine at the first appointment, and I was told to call back in two weeks to let them know how I was doing. I called earlier because I had questions, but the nurse was rude-acting as if my call bothered her-and told me not to call back for two months, claiming I wanted to see changes too quickly. I just wanted to know if I should keep using what they had given me because my face was burning and I wanted to know if that was normal. Later, they sent a different prescription to the pharmacy and told me to let them know how I felt; it caused a bad reaction, so I called them, but the same nurse was rude again and told me there was nothing more they could do for me. I even mentioned that I had been told to make another appointment, but she told me to go back to the place where the procedure was performed and have them fix it. I asked if the doctor really said there was nothing more she could do for me, and she confirmed it. I feel that just because you have an accent when speaking English, you shouldn't be treated that way. In conclusion, I paid for my consultation, and they couldn't help me with my problem.
