  Went in for my appt with Theresa Dang (she was awesome) but the lady in the front was rude. (this is not the first time I had issues with her). I just came here to see if my eyesight had changed from last year. The front lady stated since I said no to the picture for my eye, my eyes would be dilated. I told her I was not doing either as I just had this done the previous week and was not going to pay extra. Also told her I did not have this done here last year either. She got snippy and said things change. Still told her I was not getting either done as I had it done last week. She told me we will see what the dr says( didn't get it done). Mind you I was on the phone with my husband who heard everything and urged me to just leave. Last year when I came here (same lady) I was looking at a couple pair of glass to get. She stated that she could give me a better rate than my insurance because my insurance didn't really cover anything. I found that odd and between both pairs, the price she quoted was almost $700.00. I went to the Buford location and got a more expensive pair of frames with lenses (bells and whistles with the lenses), still walked paying about $150.00 for one pair (. The lady (Barbara @ Buford) told me to wait for the new year and come back to get the second pair because I had a good insurance to get a new pair each year (Interesting). I will not go to the Gainesville location for anything and will take my business to the Buford location (since this is a franchise).

  Great experience on June 20th 2026. All the ladys there was great an very helpful. I love the doc that did my exam, I will be coming back for the rest of my life as long as she stays there. Wish I could remember names. Thank you for everyone that was there. Yall made a life time customer.

  Really enjoyed my appt with Dr Theresa Dong. She was very personal and listened to my concerns about a new pair of contacts (from a different provider) that weren’t working for me. I appreciated her bedside manner and detailed explanations of possible options for me.
