    My doctor sent a referral for me to get some shoe inserts for severe plantar fasciitis and I can hardly walk dig to the pain. They sent a referral to this office 3 to 4 days ago and I finally get a call from a friend office girl this morning stating after June 30 they’ll no longer be doing just shoe inserts inserts at your Gainesville location and I would have to go down to Gwinnett County to get it done and I told her no it’s before June 30 today is June 18. They should honor that and still get me in at the Gainesville office. She will not honor it and I don’t recommend this office to anybody due to the awful customer service and not willing to get me in.

    I had a final fitting today for my new martinis leg at alliance prosthetics. Dr Jason Ayers in the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They are very attentive to detail and to make sure everything is 100% correct. They are an amazing group of people and I highly recommend them to anyone needing prosthetics involving the legs or arms! They have helped to make my life complete again and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Thank you alliance prosthetics! Russell O'Dell.

    I had the best experience here. 1st visit was a consult, the office staff was awesome and very helpful. Onny did my consult, order and fitting, I wasn’t bounced around. She is knowledgeable, friendly and all the things. After my insole arrived, Onny made sure it fit, all my questions were answered and I was happy. Of course 3 days later, I walked in without an appointment and was met with smiles and seen immediately by Onny. I cannot express how happy, I am. .
