Place is great! The issue arose when my schedule no longer worked with open hours of the gym. I went in early back in Oct 2025 to cancel my membership at 7 am. Unfortunately since it was early, no manager was available until after 8, I was only able to pause my membership($5 monthly). I returned in January 26’ to cancel my membership, this time I spoke with a manager, who look frustrated, he told me he would fix it and it would take time and would call me whenever it was fixed. No call ever came. Fast forward to now July 2026, I still have been charged 5 bucks monthly. I went today the fix it and had a different manager assist me. She actually signed the paperwork, I did ask if I could get refunded but they said they couldn’t. So it’s on me for waiting so long but they could have done it right the first time. 1 star is for being a nice gym.
