  I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding my recent experience at your establishment. While I find your venue to be truly beautiful, with excellent amenities, I was disappointed by the behavior of some staff members. During my visit to drop off an item, I encountered rudeness that was surprising for an establishment of your standing. Specifically, I observed management speaking dismissively to the front desk staff, which is concerning. Especially the rolling of the eyes and comments to a member after. As someone who has a connection to the studio you are affiliated with and part of Trilith community, Since Pinewoods, I feel compelled to express that kindness should be a priority in all interactions, regardless of the circumstances. It is crucial to treat everyone with respect, as negative experiences can have broader implications, especially when shared within the community. I hope see improvements in staff interactions in the future.

  Came here for physical therapy and absolutely loved each and every visit! I had Lauren and Sydney both ladies are absolutely AMAZING! Front desk staff is amazing as well. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend. My PT sessions are over BUT I’d do it all over again with this team!

  Went to see a lymphedema specialist. Excellent care. Room was clean. They were just running a bit too late.
