I stopped by LensCrafters in Fayetteville at the Pavilion, last Thursday. My glasses had started slipping down on my nose, which is of course quite annoying. I was greeted by Luis, as I walked into a friendly environment. I explained the issue and he got right to work to resolve the problem without any hesitation. Now my glasses are staying in place as they should. I have been going to this location for some time now and I have never been disappointed, they are even very helpful when it comes to selecting a good style frame to fit me! Thank you Luis for adjusting my glasses, I really appreciate the quality customer service.

While I’m blessed that I don’t wear glasses, I brought my daughter here as well as a friend’s daughter. One for glasses and the other for an eye exam. Hilary and Emma rock!!!! They were all smiles, patient and very informative. Neither one pressured us to do or buy anything we didn’t want to. Overall it was a very positive experience! Thank you!!

We have escalated this matter to corporate because of how my elderly mother was treated by Robyn and Louis, the store manager. My mother reported issues with both her everyday glasses and safety glasses within the required adjustment period. She was told the issues would be addressed and later received a message that her glasses were ready. When she returned, only part of the problem had been addressed. When she asked about the remaining issue with her safety glasses, she was told there were no notes in the system and that it was now too late to help because the adjustment period had passed. Think about that for a moment. She reported the issue on time, followed the store’s instructions, and was then denied help because the store failed to document it. After hearing what happened, I called the store myself. Instead of focusing on a solution, Robyn immediately told me that my mother had been “extremely hostile” and that “if she would have just asked how we could help, it would have gone a long way for her.” That statement alone tells me everything I need to know. My mother paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket for these glasses and simply wanted the issue resolved. No customer, especially an elderly customer, should be denied assistance because of an internal documentation failure and then be blamed for it afterward. Very disappointing experience.

I came here to Get two pair of glasses, one for my computer and one for every day where both prescriptions were horrible. The ones at my computer just felt like they were huge cheap dollar tree magnifying glasses, and the other ones were the wrong strength as well. I had to squint to see through them when I called after trying to wear them for 2 weeks they said to continue to wear them that my eyes need to have time to get used to it so I tried to wear them that was last year when I bring them back (brand new mind you) they say you only have 30 days and nobody said that I had to bring them back within 30 days so now that I’m back here trying to address it they didn’t want to take care of it so now I’m lost talking about. I gotta get a new prescription and pay for it again and now that my insurance has changed they don’t accept my new insurance so now I’m just out of a pair of glasses over $600 that I can’t wear because they don’t work when I called the first time they should’ve told me that I only had 30 days and they had to be returned within 30 days not tell me to continue to wear them and let my eyes adjust this place is a joke. Don’t go here for a prescription.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
