Terrible experience. I needed a tube surgery or any sort of relief for my pressure in my ears and the lady seemed to dismiss all my problems, told me to get my allergies under control and come back. Already stated that I’m on allergy care and needed more and she said I have “no indications For care” even though she listed about 3 problems. Regardless I scheduled another appointment for 3 months out, they didn’t remind me until 22 hours before my appointment about the “24 hour cancellation fee” as I was not able to make my appointment I had no time to call out of it so I was charged $50. Overall terrible service from the doctor and staff, reminders suck and they are all rude.

I went in for an ear cleaning. Excellent job. When I came out, it was like day and night. I didn't know I had so much ear wax until the specialist showed me, damn. I highly recommend this ENT office. Very professional and very good customer service. Plenty of parking.

I'm not sure who answers the phones here but very unhelpful. The sounded annoyed at my questions. I went to book an appointment with one of the docs as a first time patient and she says "they don't see patients for that, you have to see a PA" . When I asked why i had to see a PA, that's when the attituted started. Way to make an impression. I'll look elsewhere for care.

I had a myringotomy done yesterday and the doctors nurse who did it was great. She talked me thru the whole process. I had a hearing test done before the surgury and that Dr was great as well. I see someone wrote a bad review about Sheena and I had the total opposite experience.

Updated review:05/04/2026 Discovered today that I am being charged over $400 for a camera to visualize my vocal cords. I absolutely tried my best, after reading all the reviews, to avoid this happening to me. Nah, he never once mentioned the cost or whether it was even necessary. I’m a widow (husband died 2024), pay $922.50 monthly for COBRA continuing coverage and I just cannot afford doctors taking advantage of me, or anyone! And, his pre-op order he sent in to the hospital was never received by the hospital and, even though I was told a second order was sent, I don’t believe it. It’s been over a week. What an abject failure of medical service. Never again. Dr Hood was efficient and very nice. His exam was brief and he was sensitive to my claustrophobia. He was open to answering questions. One thing I thought strange was his request for a review. I sent a message regarding the medication he prescribed (and I’m still waiting for a response) so, here’s the updated review. He’s a nice doctor. That’s it. Unresponsive past that. Their practice states it handles thyroids and neck surgery but he said they don’t. If I need an ENT, I’ll choose someone else. After making a new patient appointment for this Friday, I read through the reviews and now I am legit nervous and apprehensive about going. I have hypothyroidism and nodules that require biopsy. Thyroid is swollen and I lost my voice 3 weeks ago. I am willing to update my review but only if these nightmarish things don’t happen to me. I’m so sorry people here were treated so badly. Hoping they’ve changed.
