Returning to Club Pilates has been a complete game-changer, and that is entirely thanks to Caroline! She is hands down the best instructor. Caroline brings an unmatched energy, a warm smile, and a genuine love for teaching that everyone in the room can feel. Only one month back, and I am already doing things I couldn't do when I started. My core is getting stronger, and my back is actively healing. She pushes me in ways l've never experienced before, while always providing the modifications I need to stay safe.
