The doctor especially had such a cool, friendly vibe and made the eye exam comfortable and enjoyable. I was also really impressed with how organized and efficient everything was. Even with multiple customers in the store, they got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. Everyone was attentive while I was browsing frames, making sure I had help if I needed it but never hovering over me. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire visit, and I always felt taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend!

The level of dropping the ball and unprofessionalism amongst every single employee needs to be studied. I had an eye exam at the beginning of July. I called to check on the contacts that were ordered 25 days later and they were never ordered. The Douglasville location is just as bad. I will be complaining to the corporate office.
