The customer service desk was extremely professional and made sure every single question I had was answered, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. On the retail side, purchasing my glasses was just as pleasant. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Instead, I felt comfortable, supported, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
