  This is my first year at a gym. And so far, it has been an amazing experience!! I have lost so much weight and gained so much knowledge on my health and fitness. The staff here is awesome! Especially Julian, you will know him, the buff guy with the dress shoes. He always greets you with a smile, and has jokes about your “little” muscles. lol.

  Julian gave us a tour today and showed us around the facility. He answered all of my questions, and believe me when I say I had A LOT! 😂 I love that red light therapy is included as an amenity with my membership, and I’m excited to take advantage of it. I’m also looking forward to my 5 personal training sessions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m excited to get started! 💪🏽✨

  I went to visit OneLife Fitness and i had an amazing time. The hospitality and environment was amazing. I will certainly be back whenever i visit GA again. Thank you to Julian!!!

  Nice staff and the gym is pretty well maintained. Love the theater cardio room. Only suggestion is adding more of a variety of group fitness classes. I find myself going to the Lawrenceville location since it has a lot more group fitness classes offered.

  My first time since planet fitness. I am on a weight loss journey. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the entire team. I felt welcomed already and didnt feel cornered because I was plus size. The bathrooms looked great. There is a separate sauna from the men. It is inside the women's bathroom. And there is bath soap, shampoo, anything you need. And towels!!! 🥰🥰 Equipment is great. There are on site people that clean the facility. Just an overall positive experience. Worth the investment.
