I was sold a one month trial and now I’m being charged a $128 cancelation fee. Communication wasn’t clear. I decided it wasn’t for me because gym is very dirty, hair and debris, broken hair dryers in bathroom. I’d recommend avoiding this place and finding another gym. [Edit] they have replied claiming the issue has been resolved but they proceeded to charge me for the cancellation, so the issue is not resolved. Stay away from this place.

I’ve had a great experience working out at Onelife Fitness! The gym has everything I need for a good workout, and I almost always grab a smoothie afterward for recovery. The smoothies are consistently delicious, and Julian is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. His great service makes an already positive gym experience even better. Five stars!

I’ve been a member of Onelife Fitness for some time, and while I genuinely enjoy the gym and the overall environment, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with the condition and upkeep of the equipment over the past few months.
For the amount I pay every month for my membership, I don’t think I should have to constantly search the gym just to find basic equipment needed to complete my workout. Finding clips, handles, attachments, and even the weights I need has become a struggle. On top of that, some of the cables and equipment have become noticeably worn or frayed and seem to stay that way far longer than they should.
What has become especially frustrating is that I’ve gotten to the point where I actually bring some of my own workout equipment and attachments from home because I don’t know whether I’ll be able to find what I need once I get there. As a paying member of a full-service gym, I really shouldn’t have to do that.
I completely understand that Onelife gets busy and equipment experiences normal wear and tear. I also understand that members don’t always put weights and equipment back where they belong. However, when these issues continue for months, there needs to be more attention from management to maintenance, organization, and replacing missing or damaged equipment.
I continue coming because there are things I really enjoy about Onelife, but the quality of the equipment and its upkeep needs to improve. Members are paying for access to a properly equipped and maintained facility. We shouldn’t have to hunt down attachments, work around damaged equipment, or bring our own accessories just to complete a normal workout.
I hope management takes a serious look at the condition of the gym and starts reinvesting in the equipment and maintenance. Onelife has the potential to provide a great gym experience, but lately the condition and availability of the equipment have not reflected the price members are paying each month.

So initially Julian M signed me up after I did the free session to see what the place was about. He was very helpful in getting me set up and letting me know which plan would be best for me. Which was the one with the towels. I have been coming now for several months and recently o was charged for a towel that I didn’t even take and he was able to help me clear that out and let me know what needed to take place when returning the towels. He has also helped me find the perfect shake for my post work outs. Overall he is a great addition to the gym! Love that he’s able to always assist!
