  The class was great.. the staff welcoming and the welcome names on the lockers were a nice touch . I feel I should have taken a foundation class so that I could have understood the goal and the movements better. The pacing of the class for beginners is intense (it doesn't help that I had a pre-existing injury from trail running). Perhaps offered mods would help but i would feel it would have taken away from the pacing of the class. So I suggest don't do what I did go to a foundation class first to get the hang of it then sign up for a full class. Other than that a very pleasant experience and a great workout that left both my wife and I feeling happy and reguvinated

  I enjoyed the class. I actually worked up a sweat. The instructor was very high energy. Took a point away because I had to cancel a class due to a medical issue and they charged my card.

  Great place to get an amazing workout!! Cold lavendar towels post class are incredible!!! Allowyn and Taylor were both awesome instructors!

  My coworker and I ride in Ang’s weekly Friday afternoon class and it’s the ultimate way to unwind after a long week. She simultaneously pushes us, while also giving us the grace and space we need to work through the ride. She’s the best!!
