- LKLori KatzJul 4, 20262.0The instructors are good. However, I have experienced multiple issues with the app. I have shown them proof of the app malfunctioning. They use a wait list to vet clients. When the app malfunctions, I miss classes. I have reported this to them. They charge me each time. The last time was today. They should probably stop using the wait list to vet people if the app is known for having issues. That way I can book it into my calendar immediately instead of getting approved and then not receiving a notification.
