- BGbeza girmaMay 11, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this pharmacy today. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I understand pharmacies can get busy and stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism still matter. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable instead of helped. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially in healthcare settings, and this experience fell far below what I expected. This was a pharmacy that I went to the past 10+ years but today is my last. Shame on the management

Kroger should not have people like this working here dealing with the public, because most people who come for their medications are not in good health and therefore need kind and respectful treatment. While waiting for my medications, I saw this woman treat two elderly adults poorly—people who may have difficulty hearing, moving, or understanding due to their age. And this is the kind of reaction from someone working in a pharmacy. I believe this type of person should not be working in customer service.

- RRRGMSep 2, 20212.0This place has definitely gone downhill. They are understaffed, delayed in filling the scrips, the line tends to be very long, and they have now started closing at 6:00 pm, which is highly inconvenient. I'm going to transfer my scrips to Publix.
