  Unfortunately the red haired pharmacy desk lady on 04/24/26 at 3:45pm made me feel uncomfortable picking up a quick medication :( I was super friendly but her slamming the stapler down just didn’t leave me with a good experience. My review will change with my next visit next month! Tbd

  My friend had just been informed she had a kidney stone and a urine infection. Antibiotics were prescribed. I arrived at 530 to pick up her prescription. Upon arrival I was told it wasn't ready and asked if it had just been ordered. I responded yes and was immediately informed that I would have to return the following day since they were closing at 6 pm. I couldn't believe it!As a retired nurse and someone who has worked in a pharmacy I was shocked. I asked if it was their practice to let people with infection wait 24 hours before they can get their antibiotics?. Anyway..I was then told if I was willing to hang out until close they could fill it.Im from Maine..and such practice would not be allowed . Shame on you Kroger. ..and shame on this employee for making such a suggestion..

  I love kroger but I went in there last time and bought some meat that was bad I live all the way on Rocksprings rd Wich is over 25 mín away. I wasent gonna run it 4ight back so I waited to next day and took it in woman refused to take it back. Because I had opens package . It smelt so bad once opened. This was awful of her to act like she did o rirnned and walked away because my high blood pressure

  The pharmacy drive thru takes forever to get through it. They will allow someone to stay at the window for 10 minutes or longer. I'm waiting in line and know my item is ready and it doesn't take me 10 minutes or more at the window. The employee at the window should ask the customer who has a long wait to go to the back of the line or park until they are finished filling their prescription. Kroger should text them when it's ready.

  I've received nothing but great service here. All of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs I've encountered are kind and very helpful. And if you have no insurance, you can use good rx here too!
