  I have had memberships at multiple gyms...You Fit, Planet Fitness, Esporta, Anytime Fitness, LA Fitness and for the last year One Life. I LOVE this gym.. it offers everything you need, always clean and the staff is super nice and accommodating.

  My first time at this location! Very big and spacious. The bathrooms are wonderful!!! I love taking pictures and it’s mirrors everywhere so that’s a plus! They also have a smoothie bar and I love that. Don’t hesitate on stopping by.

  I am a new member at Onelife Fitness at the Douglasville GA location and have had a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; the gym is always clean, and they offer a great variety of fitness classes. I am so impressed. I also love the extra amenities like the pool, sauna and cycling room. I am excited about my fitness journey and extremely happy that I joined this gym!

  This gym blows. The only reason I am a member is because of its proximity to my house. No matter what time of day you go, whether it's 9 am or 5 pm, it's busy with people on every machine taking their sweet time. Not a gym for people actually trying to train. If you are the type who likes to hog two machines at once or sit at a bench and text for 30 minutes without doing a single movement, this is your gym! The trainers are jokes, most don't even look like they've worked out a day in their lives. If you are actually in shape and training hard, you feel like a pariah. You would think with the amount of people in the facility at any given time that it is the only gym in Douglas County.

  First time here, Sunday. Brought my daughter and was pleased to receive a tour and take advantage of a free day pass and the enrollment incentives. The place is nice and they have a good selection of machines. I do a lot of olympic lifting and they have a good platform/squat rack area with barbells with good knurling/bearings. We also used the bikes and turf area which were good. The place is clean and the staff was great. Shout out to Fred for helping us get started.
