Dealing with the Kaiser pharmacy was horrible. I highly recommend the Kroger pharmacy on hwy 5 for their commitment and teamwork. I didn't get the cashier's name but she was friendly and expedient. Overall they took good care of me in my time of need when I had to depend on others to get feeling better. These are the best kind of people at what they do for the community and they deserve recognition and praise!

They have been very helpful to me in getting in touch with my doctor to get refills on my prescription and resolving issues with my medicine. These are hard working people who goes over and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns and if they don’t know they will research it for me. I’m Thankful for their services and dedication in serving the Douglas County area.

I get there and am told they won't be ready till 6:30. I explained to the my situation and they were very rude and didn't care!!! I hate big chained pharmacys they don't care about there customers at all!!!

If I don't have my medicine I have a seizure, I put in for a refill over 16 hours ago and they said it still isn't ready meaning I can't get my epilepsy medicine today. Seriously do better or hire better people the pharmacy slacks TREMENDOUSLY. 🖕🖕🖕🖕
