  The ear nose and throat of coffee county does not listen to the patient. When they have concerns it's what they say and nothing else.

  Had app for a since problem,had got sick with a Cole few days back and though I would see if they could help me with the cold.i ask them if they get me some medicine.i was told to leave and come back later without even making another app.told me I could go to the ER.when I got outside the nurse came running outside to ask me if I wanted them to order me some medicine.i thought that was what they were there far to help you if you sick and needed help.dissipointed don't much care if I go back or not.

  Was referred to this person and went there in good standings we discussed what my copays would be paid those in cash I went to this office 4 different times and the doctor was not there after my surgeries I was not seen by my doctor for over a month and explained to him what was wrong with me and at that point I was told that I may need to see an allergist basically debunking anything he had done now they're calling me telling me I owe them more money And in their statements it doesn't even show what I have already paid, stay away from this place they pretend To do business in a Christian manner but they do not. Also I recently learned there are lawsuits being filed against him for mount practice by other patients.

  Let see what happens from my experience only I've been going to your office for a few years now and in the last 6 months probably 3 times and I'm not happy. I know it's a practice but y'all have let me down and killing my life. Also how many time does it take to find the problem . if im wrong for any of this im sorry and don't mind apologizin or just delete it which I know y'all will . When you call me to do work at your house I run out and fix it and it's right and that's all I want out of your office. And I always pay cash don't have insurance and in all I've paid over $800.00 in the last 3 visit plus $2400 for CT scan and over paid cause the staff mess up on the bill which they did fix and gave me credit for the next time I was to come back in . Needless to say I had to leave my job after 15 years because I can't handle it anymore . I wake up every morning and try to go look for a job but I don't make it out the house. My head is so cloudy and congested with pressure I have migraines every morning and it hurt from my head to my neck also when I talk I slurr word or mis pronounce them and by 8 or 9 pm it start all over again and cant sleep a night . Usually by lunch I'm able to start moving around but not much or I might pass out from the dizziness steal taking all the meds but their not helping. I did try to make another appointment but that was a joke . I told the young girl at the front desk I needed an appointment for what ever test we needed to find out what was going on if not I was going to have to quit working and told her what was going g on with me she ask me what test I needed lol I told her I didn't know maybe an allergy test , hearing another CT idk ask the doctor cause I was just in the other day he should know . Well after a minute looking on the computer she ask so you think you need an allergy test lol idk nicely the lady beside her was looking at her like she was lost . So I got mad and nicely ask for the money back where I over paid the week before and left needless to say between family doctor and the gastor specialist and your office I have empty my life savings because I think y'all misdiagnosed the real problem because I got the run Around jeffery told to start the meds and see the family doctor's ends up with about $1000.00 gastor specialist about $6000 and said he don't see anything other than I need to go back to ear nose thoat doc and get that fix plus 2 hospital bills $4000 cause I thought they could fix the sinuses but told me I had to come back to you in all I'm Brooke still sick and losing my mind $14,000 plus meds gone plus just had to sell a atv for $1800 to pay off a bill cause I have no job
