StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Decatur offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- SSShaila5 days ago5.0I've been going to StrechLab for a few months and I've had a great experience with Dr. Yasmeen. She is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond at every session! I tried it because I wanted to learn more about how stretching can improve my mobility and workout recovery. I've learned a lot during my sessions and my body scan score has significantly improved since my first scan at my first session!

- NSnilsa santaSep 3, 20262.0Unfortunately this was not a good visit. Parking needs to be explained in detail. The GPS takes you to a parking garage that says for member's only. I called and was told to pull in across the street in retail parking and look for the steps. Well the steps were on the opposite end of the parking garage. You have to walk down the steps out the garage, down the sidewalk into the building. Upon arriving I was checked in promptly. I did my assessment online but I waited 5 minutes before being called over to the table. Another lady had an appointment at the same time. She was called to her table immediately. While she was being talked to I could of went over to the reading machine. The clock is ticking!!!! The lady ended up going over to the reading machine before me. At this time it was 510. The reading machine was hesitant. 515 starts the stretching but 530 I was told we were done. So basically waiting around and alot of talking to pass the time took time out of what was advertised as 25 minute stretch for $39. I was stripped of 10 minutes. I felt a good stretch but nothing that would make me say oohhhh I'll be back. 1st impression is a must! I expressed my concern and was only offered an additional 25 minutes after I pay for another session. I came there today for a stretch not a next time!
