This practice is totally top tier! Everyone from the Front Desk staff to the Back Office Staff is professional and kind. I felt I was in great hands the moment I stepped in. The meticulous way they handled my care is something you don’t see often these days. I appreciated all they did for me.

First off I called you guys to schedule an appointment and when I did the lady at the front desk forgot to schedule my ride it was not dee I know her and she is wonderful then she tried to blame someone else instead of just saying she forgot to schedule my ride so I had to reschedule for another day then when I got there we got lost couldn't find it so when I got there I was behind two other people when I was supposed to be the first patient but they scheduled too many patients at one time they should schedule patients spaced out if my in my appointment was 7:00 the next patient's appointment should be 7:15 in another one should be 7:30 why are three people coming at the same time if I was the first patient and you schedule me to be on first why did I get on 3rd then when they did my surgery Dr Patel did it good like he always did but they had a new person that was helping him do my stitch and she did a bad job of it I have a mark on my access the stitch wouldn't come right out she tied it so much I had to literally cut it out of my arm and then when I cut it out it start bleeding again I have a ugly scar on my access I wish I can upload a picture to show because it's still looks terrible because it was so hard for me to get that thing that they put on top of it off that it kind of pulled my skin off a little bit
