- NNNanFeb 25, 20265.0I began taking Pilates while I was 7 months pregnant Aisha was my main instructor she is just amazing. I love to go to Pilates because it made me feel like I was recovering myself as a women and I wasn’t just a mom ( I already have a son that I love) I enjoyed it so much. I stopped once I gave birth unfortunately my baby passed away the day he was born it was very hard to recover physically and and still recovering mentally I don’t think I would ever completely will. The day Aisha found out about it she gave me a hug and asked me about my comfort level with the exercises but not only that the next day I received a flower and fruit arrangement from the club to my house. This was a very touching but beautiful thing and made me feel very happy and I know my baby is watching and sending this beautiful people to watch over my family. ♥️thank you Club Pilates Decatur thank you Aisha ♥️
