  I have been coming to OneLife since 6 weeks after my daughter was born 2.5 years ago. We started at the Woodstock location and loved it, but then moved to Cumming and have been going to the Dawsonville location. Kids club is phenomenal, an absolute lifesaver for a work-from-home mom! My daughter loves Dayna, Madison, Hailey and Kat and asks for them by name. Not to mention Katie at the front desk, always making us feel so welcome!

  As a stay at home mom with my youngest and a full time virtual teacher, One Life is a foundation to our families’ sanity. I do the gym every weekday for the daycare where my two-year-old gets to excited to play with his friends and amazing workers (especially Dayna and Madison along with Erin and Hailey). I do cardio while I work on my laptop, then weights with a weekly class. My youngest has type 1 diabetes and they watch him with care and love while they make sure he doesn’t watch tv for long. We have to make sure to always come back some afternoons so my 4-year-old gets his playtime at the gym while my husband and I can weight lift and hot tub together. Cheapest date night! If we ever have to move, making sure another One Life gym is within 10 minutes is a requirement for this stage of our lives. We are growing healthier together with my husband losing 35 lbs and myself 50 lbs. Thank you One Life!

  I absolutely love OneLife Fitness! The atmosphere is welcoming, the facility is great, and it’s a place that makes you actually look forward to coming in and getting your workout done. A special shoutout to Katie C. at the front desk! She is always there to greet me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed every time I walk through the door. Those little things really do make a difference, and her positive attitude helps set the tone for a great workout. It’s nice to walk into a gym where the staff genuinely make you feel appreciated. Highly recommend OneLife Fitness! 💪🏼❤️

  I was a member of one life fitness for approximately three years, but after an incident involving another member, I was trespassed from the facility. I acknowledge that I should have simply disengaged and walked away from the confrontation rather than approaching the other member. that is something I take responsibility for. however, for responsibility for. however, I believe the circumstances leading up up to the incident and what happened afterwords deserve to be mentioned. the other member I had previous issues. on the day in question, he confronted me while i was finishing my workout, and the interaction escalated verbally. i eventually walked away and began leaving the facility. he then followed me to my vehicle. while speaking with poli9ce on the phone. i repeatedly told him to stay away from me because I felt threatened by him following me across the parking lot. when police arrived, I cooperated completely, explained my side of the situation, and followed their instructions. ultimately, both of us were trespassed from the facility. what bothers me the most about the situation is the lack of involvement from the gym staff. despite having been a member for roughly 3 years, nobody in meaningfully intervened, asked me for my side of the story, or attempted to determine what had actually happened before the situation resulted in my being removed from the gym. this also isn't my first issue with the management at this location. I had property stolen at the facility and requested that management review the available camera footage. my experience was that my concerns were not adequately investigated. after three years of membership, I expect better communication and customer service from a facility where I had consistently spent my time and money. i understand that a private business has the right to trespass someone from its property. My criticism is about how the situation was handled and the lack of meaningful investigation or communication with a longtime member. I'm moving on and finding another gym, but I hope management takes this feedback seriously because members deserve to feel that their concerns will actually be heard and investigated.

  The staff is wonderful. Today I witnessed an incident at the gym where two members were causing problems and fighting , the staff did a great job dealing with the issue and the police, and banned the two members. Both of them were troublemakers who had made other gymgoers uncomfortable and I am very glad they made the right decision that left the gym a safer place. I’m happy that I can continue to go there day after day and I’ll always be greeted with a smile in the morning!
