  In my experience, usually when you pick up drugs from a pharmacy, either the pharmacist or a tech will tell you SOMETHING about the drugs you've been prescribed. Not here though, despite no line, the pharmacist is too busy to see you, and the techs don't even know what the label says and give you incorrect information when they don't know! After being handed my cold medicines without a word, I read the label and asked if "PSE" meant that pseudoephedrine was included in the formulation. The tech said NO. I go home and Google it and sure enough, yeah it absolutely does. You're gonna get someone killed.

  I’d like to give Jamie at the Kroger Pharmacy at the Dallas Crossroads location a shout out. So, purchased the Kroger Health Savings Club plan. I had it’s predecessor first. That’s what’s prompting this review. It was ending and the current one was taking over. I made the switch on January 2024. Literally, today, 12 July, I found out from Jamie that my info didn’t transfer over. That I wasn’t receiving the savings from the plan. She cheerfully looked at all my Rx’s to determine what type of refund I had coming. Turns out only two Rx’s were impacted. So, thanks to Jamie my saving are on track now. On a separate note, if you haven’t purchased the plan I’ve been talking about, do. I promise that you will quickly recover you membership fee. It’s safe to say that 70% of my Rx’s go through this plan.
