Who gets Cataracts?
As you age past 60, you will more than likely develop cataracts. More than 50 percent of people do, and some develop them even younger than that. It is quite normal and very treatable with corrective surgery in one or both eyes, depending on where the cataracts develop.
How often do I need a routine eye exam?
It’s important to get regular eye exams, even if you don’t have any vision problems. For children and senior adults, eye exams should be more frequent. If you have any concerns about your vision, please call our office for more information
