Nice place but when we canceled or membership they kept promising to refund our money for the stretching sessions we paid for in advance. It's been since January we've been getting promises about, "a check in the mail"... it's June and still no check😡
I am beyond disappointed with the condition of the pool and spa area at Onelife Fitness Hamilton Mill. Months ago, Shawna Denmon acknowledged there were major issues with the cleaning crew, yet nothing has improved.
Today the plunge pool and spa were cloudy and dirty first thing in the morning. There was hair, trash, mildew near the showers, and obvious neglect throughout the area. The windows have clearly not been cleaned since construction, and the hydro bed area is so dark and dirty it feels unsanitary.
The constant excuses about firing and rehiring cleaners are no longer acceptable. At this point, this is a management and oversight failure. Members should not have to question whether these facilities are safe or sanitary to use.
Upper management needs to stop passing responsibility around and immediately get this location under control.

I visited your club today and was deeply disappointed with the lack of genuine engagement and respect from your staff. While you offer 'one month free' to anyone on a normal day, you showed zero flexibility regarding my situation—where I’m losing 5 months of a pre-paid contract at Gold’s Gym to join you.
Instead of a real conversation or an incentive to switch, I received a robotic, cold response. If your membership managers lack the authority or skill to offer real solutions, you might as well replace them with an AI automated robot at the front desk. This was the most impersonal and dismissive service I've experienced in years. Despite the fake smiles, the service is hollow and lacks any respect for potential customers

I enjoyed portions of this gym, but unfortunately the management is not responsive to issues. I had signed up personal training and was told to inform my trainer with at least 30 days notice of cancelling. I gave my notice to my trainer in late January that I wanted to end at the end of February. Onelife still charged me in March and has refused to do anything about the additional charges.
I have been unable to reach management most of the time as I am told they are busy and will get back to me. Anytime I do talk to anyone who claims to be in management, I am told there are no records of me contacting them the time before and they will look into it and contact me.
It has been almost two months now with no resolution. I guess just stay away from added services as they will try to scam you at the end.
I love Onelife fitness but this is one thing that I hate, and pretty much the reason why I left La fitness , is for this exact reason and now I’m dealing with it again, why connect the pool area to the bathrooms, why should people who come here to work out who don’t use the pool have to deal with stepping in puddles of water while trying to use the restrooms, bathrooms, locker rooms etc. it’s just gross, unsanitary and unsafe. And it’s not once a month type of thing, no, it’s an everyday thing! It’s filthy! Something should definitely be done about this, this is crazy.
