  This is the best Warby Parker location I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been a customer for years. Great customer service, easy parking, and a beautiful shop. Terry was so helpful and everyone in this store is friendly and kind.

  So excited we finally have a Warby Parker OTP! I’ve been a fan of this brand for years - super fashionable glasses at a great price. You can shop online for their glasses, but shopping in person is just a superior experience. I came in on a weekday, right before they closed (which I felt bad about), to order a years supply of contacts and find glasses. Both Leslie and Mavel were so nice and helpful. They were so helpful finding me the perfect fit and we had a glasses fashion show. First time contact buyers get 20% contacts. Their prices are much better than Lens Crafters btw. Once the glasses arrived, I scooted back to make a slight adjustment on one pair, they remembered me and helped me right away. Highly recommend! Great store addition to The Collection.

  Great new location with an impressive selection of frames, including one of the few places that offer the 1.74 high‑index lens. Mavel, one of their opticians, took exceptional care of me and my family. Her technical knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism made the entire experience outstanding. Warby Parker has earned a lifelong customer.

  I was in Georgia for work and had problems with my glasses. I've never been to a Warby Parker before so this is my first experience. I was blown away with the customer service. Mavel is the person who was helping me. She made my problem her problem and took care of everything. If you happen to go there make sure and ask for her by name. Needless to say WB and Mavel have earned a customer for life!

  I’m a Warby Parker customer and will continue to be but this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any of the locations I’ve visited. I know it’s newer than most but the individual helping me did all she could do to make me not a WP customer again. She could clearly tell I had my prescription in hand and I was wearing WP glasses and I was greeted with “We close in 10 minutes”. I proceeded to explain that I was aware and then left. The next day I went to WP at Mall of Georgia and the lady helping me was kind and accommodating. In less than 5 minutes visiting that spot she gathered glasses for me, made a selection, saved it to my account and asked if I wanted my prescription entered into the system. This location is bad go to another one.
