  We definitely Recommend 💯 Target Optical in Cumming Ga. We love the Whole Team that works there .. Maria, Selma, Ashiya and Debbie they are Awesome 👏🏼🥰, Customer Service is Absolutely Amazing this is our 7th year coming to do our glasses 👓 and they never disappoint!! Thank you Ladies for always being so helpful and patient with us.. We appreciate your help and knowledge. You are going to see us there when is time to change our glasses 👓 I Promise 😅! The Alberto’s

  So I was super excited to be able to go in and get my eye exam and Glasses for I have lost my other ones and was not able to do it for a while, let’s say my experience at the Cumming optical Was a terrible one. I have insurance and my co-pay is zero and I was charged $40 and not to mention they were so rude about it and I did not get my prescription that day when I called my insurance company. They said my co-pay is zero that the retinol is $40. No one did not tell me that that’s additional charge. the girl that works as the check-in check in and check out girl kept on saying it was my co-pay , That was not my co-pay I knew mine was at zero when I left there and called my insurance company.This location does not inform you. The retinol is not needed. They just like to add that to every customer so don’t be fooled. It’s an additional charge. i’m very disappointed that I was lied to about that it was a co-pay when it wasn’t so they can make profit off the retinol. You don’t need to get that done unless you have eye issues. This is the worst location go too, Other targets Let you know, and are better at explaining this to you before you even go in for your exam. On top of it all when I was doing my exam, I asked her is this part of my exam included and the girl said yes that is not the case. The retinol is additional charge , most of the time people do not need it Worst location ever Cumming optical. They lie so they can make a sale so check your Your eye benefits ahead of time. This is the only location that does this.

  I was very pleasantly surprised at how competent, knowledgeable, thorough & caring the optical center is!! From check-in to check-out I was waited on, all my questions were answered and I was offered options. Angelic got my insurance in order & seemed genuinely happy to help; Dr. Rosado was fantastic, she explained & rechecked certain aspects of my eye; Maria was incredibly patient, informative & helpful. The only name I can’t remember is the tech who did the preliminary eye tests & she, too was kind & capable. They never made us feel rushed. True customer service. I highly recommend this office.

  Ashiya is phenomenal!!! She took the time to walk me through everything and saved so much money! She is worth going to Target Optical for the customer service.
