I always feel so good after a class (even if I have to take little breaks here and there) and I love how supportive the community are. You always feel like you’re being challenged but in the best way. I love every coach I’ve taken a class with and they’re always so encouraging! It’s a feel good workout all the way around and I definitely recommend!

They were patient and took the time to review things, explain what to expect and really suggested that I focus on enjoying the class. Movements were small, but long holds. Legs trembled, but recovered. 2 days later, core is still feeling the burn. What an incredible class...loved it. Sign me up for the unlimited monthly classes!
