I regret joining OneLife Fitness Vickery. The sales process is focused on getting you to sign up by advertising $0 enrollment and a free first month, but they don’t clearly disclose the maintenance fee or other charges that appear later. It feels like there are hidden costs that only become obvious after you’ve already committed.
The management is not helpful either. When I asked for clarification about the membership terms, no one could provide a straightforward answer. Customer service was dismissive instead of addressing my concerns.
If you’re thinking about joining, ask for a complete breakdown of every fee before signing anything.

Very disappointed with the management at OneLife Fitness Vickery. During sign-up, they highlight the “$0 enrollment” and “first month free” offers, but conveniently fail to mention the maintenance fee that shows up a few months later. It feels misleading because these additional charges are not clearly explained upfront.
The customer service is equally disappointing. When I asked about the terms and conditions and why these fees were being charged, I received vague answers instead of clear explanations. Transparency should be a basic expectation when signing a membership contract.
I recommend getting every single fee and policy in writing before joining. Don’t rely solely on what you’re told verbally.

If you’re considering joining, make sure you ask for every fee in writing and read the entire contract before signing. I wish the pricing had been communicated honestly from the beginning. Transparency and customer service need significant improvement.

Dylan, Jacob, and Delnorte are extremely knowledgable and truly provide the ultimate fitness experience at this club! The stretch and recovery program has improved my range of motion & quality of life tremendously, and I learn something new every time I show up!

Tereza Owen is fantastic! The temperature in the class is confortable! The way she teaches make want to comeback . I would like if she teach other days in Vickery location! I will comeback more! She is awesome instructor! Thank you!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
