  I’ve had a wonderful experience at this gym, and a big part of that is my trainer, Dylan Burton. He truly knows his craft and has thoughtfully structured my program around my strengths, weaknesses, and goals. He also took the time to guide me with meal planning and calorie counseling, which has been incredibly helpful. He pushes me to improve, motivates me through the difficult days, and always keeps things positive with his classic “stay out of trouble!” 😊 I’m genuinely glad we met. The gym itself is excellent, with great facilities and amenities. My only suggestion would be the stretch table are. I’d prefer some partial privacy, and the overhead lights can be quite harsh when lying down and shine directly into your eyes. Overall, a fantastic gym with excellent coaching. Highly recommend!

  Extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The same trash has been sitting around for months — gum in the showers, toilet paper by the doors, mold on the shower curtains, etc. On top of that, something is always broken. The steam room is closed, shower faucets don’t work, and there are constant maintenance issues. For a gym that people pay to use, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable.

  Just went in this location and the sauna is not working. Also an old man is sitting on the abdominal machine for over 20 minutes having a long conversation with another man. I am so done! Cancelling today!!!

  It’s a great gym. The ambience is incomparable to others and i’ve been going there for almost 4 years. It has a nice cabin like vibe and theres new machines coming in everyday. Most of the workers are also great. But when you have racist general mangers like Sean Hess, it’s really hard to appreciate all the great stuff this place has to offer. He escalates situations to the max and likes to yell at minors. He also likes to degrade them in front of other white men. I think it makes him feel better about himself. I called him out about it and he cancelled my membership 😂 Complete abuse of authority. Please fire him!!!

  Be very careful. They are not upfront above terms and conditions. I was a returning member expecting terms as my previous contract but i was wrong and when i questioned them about why they were not upfront about terms , the manager said i should be the one asking them. He asked me to come and see him so he can change the terms but when i went to the facility he made me wait and asked his front desk employee to handover me the phone number and expect a call. I tried reaching him on phone but he always avoided. Luckily i was in seven day trail period so i cancelled. Very dishonest people.
