Had such a great experience at this LensCrafters today. I came in to see if they could repair my Prada reading glasses which had a bent arm/broken spring(?). The sweet lady at the front desk was unsure if they would be able to repair this, as this was more than just a “tightening”. After waiting roughly 10-15 minutes, the optometrist came out with my glasses fully repaired and they are perfect. I can tell this required some extra work and detail, as he was very careful & concerned about the fit and optics of the glasses after the repair. I hate that I didn’t catch their names, but this staff was truly so kind and helpful and they will 100% be getting my business moving forward. Not to mention - they have a beautiful selection of glasses! I highly recommend :)

First time at this location. I've always been happy with my experiences at Lenscrafters, but this store was stand out. They have a great selection, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We worked with Abi and she was exceptional, even juggling several customers. We felt well taken care of and confident in our selections based on her guidance and expertise. Great overall experience - will definitely go back for my next pair!

Abby was great! Had my new glasses picked out and fitted in a flash. She even helped me find a second pair that was very reasonable with the 50% off promotion! Great experience.

I purchased an expensive pair of Meta sunglasses (with power) from this store at Collections in Forsyth . It was returnable within 30 days. I had to travel immediately for work. When I tried, the power was not right. I called them within 30 days and told them that I need to return it, but I was out of town and that as soon as I come back I will bring it and return. They agreed. But when I went to the store, the store associate who sold me the glasses was very rude and has been dodging the return with excuses that the store manager who needs to take the decision was out of town and asked me to come back after a few days. I have went there twice now, only to get rude remarks and the problem still not solved. I have been a LensCrafters customer for 20+ years now in other cities/locations and never had such a problem of lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
