The Doctor was very nice and seemed trustworthy. But the staff out front had very poor customer service skills. And seemed bothered sometimes that I was even here. Maybe it's a new store or new staff, but some customer service training is definitely due. Seems like they are just concerned about selling glasses for a sales quota. And not so much about customer care or retention.
