  Beautiful studio. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey that day. They offer moderations if needed. This is a warm and welcoming environment and the owner is a genuinely kind and caring person. Would recommend to anyone who is interested!

  I never imagined I’d fall in love with a workout at age 50 after years of minimal exercise, but barre3 North Forsyth changed that! I was hooked from my first class. In just three short months of functional workouts, I’ve become so much stronger, built muscle, and now attend classes multiple times a week. The supportive community and amazing instructors make barre3 North Forsyth a truly special place.

  I LOVE Barre3 North Forsyth!! I have been going since February and I see so much change already in my body and energy. The owner, Annie, is awesome and very personable! I love taking her classes when she teaches cause she encourages you and at the same time makes you want to push yourself more. Anna is also another fabulous instructor and I love all the different routines they do at each class. You never get bored doing the same thing. When you walk in you’re always welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting. It’s has a very calm interior and is always clean and fresh looking. I hope you give this place a try. You won’t regret it!
