  I had a very disappointing experience with this counseling group. I found the managing staff to be unprofessional, and I was concerned about the level of supervision and care provided to the children. I also witnessed behavior where children were allowed to hit or physically harm counselors without what I felt was appropriate intervention. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with The ITD Group, LLC. After my daughter was denied services, I reached out by email hoping for clarification and at least some level of communication or professionalism. Unfortunately, I still have not received any response at all. For a company that works with children and families who are already dealing with stressful situations, the lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating and disheartening. Families deserve transparency, respect, and timely responses — especially when it involves services for a child with special needs. At this point, I feel ignored and left without answers. I expected much better customer service and compassion from an organization in this field.

  I'll be transparent — I left this company during a difficult season, and leaving was my biggest mistake. After experiencing other ABA providers, I can say without hesitation that The ITD Group is in a class of their own. I'm not always the easiest parent to work with. My advocacy for my child is intense and I can come across very direct and rough around the edges. This team never gave up on me. They were caring, compassionate, and genuinely tried everything to keep me satisfied — even when I was the one making it hard. I have horror stories from other ABA companies that I won't even get into here. What I will say is this: if you have The ITD Group for your child, hold on to them with both hands. You may not realize what you have until it's gone — and I learned that the hard way. Chairs down. This is the best ABA company I've encountered, and I wish I had never left. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Sam could not have been more easy to work with. He was quite responsive did the work in not much time at all - and the price was great the quality was good!
