  ​WARNING: Protect yourself with full documentation if you rent here. Under no circumstance should you purchase a vehicle or service from this business without extreme caution. ​THE INCIDENT: I had a deeply concerning experience with R&R Mobility. The company failed to perform standard "walk-around" inspections at either the start or the end of my rental. Despite having no documented baseline, they processed an unauthorized charge of $1,084.77 to my credit card without consent for alleged damage. ​THE RESPONSE: When I formally requested documentation—specifically the time-stamped video footage they claimed to have and an itemized repair estimate—the response from the Vice President, Ron Germany, was incredibly unprofessional. He labeled my request for proof "ridiculous," explicitly refused to provide any evidence of the damage or repair costs, and stated he would no longer communicate with me. Furthermore, a representative named Angela Teaver threatened to file a police report over what is clearly a civil contractual disagreement—a tactic that may constitute a misdemeanor under Georgia law. ​FORMAL ACTIONS TAKEN: As a professional with 30 years of experience in the automotive industry which includes legal and compliance, I do not take these matters lightly. I have initiated the following: ​American Express: A formal dispute for the unauthorized charge. ​NMEDA: A formal mediation complaint with the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, including all email correspondence. ​Legal & Regulatory: I have filed complaints with the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and will also file with the BBB. I will also be contacting their legal representation (The Bryson Law Firm) regarding the empty legal threats used as a "scare tactic" against me. ​ADVICE TO CONSUMERS: Neither the Owner, CEO, nor General Manager took the time to address these concerns. If you choose to rent here, you MUST take your own date-stamped photos of every inch of the vehicle at pickup and drop-off. Do not rely on their staff to follow standard inspection protocols before they charge your card. ​I will update this review as these legal and regulatory investigations proceed

  Alot of back and forth vehicle was damaged when a driver came to get my vehicle for service. Jonathan and staff was awesome but Taylor just blew me off and made alot of promises and delivered nothing.I had to go somewhere else to get exhaust fixed

  We purchased a van from R&R in 2012. It was a great purchase experience after a devasting accident paralyzed our son. We recently had to have body work done on the ramp door of our van. R&R is still giving great customer service 6 years later. Taylor of the Service Department went above the call of duty dealing with the adjuster & insurance company. We recommend this dealership to any individual or family looking for a modified vehicle. Thanks R&R for continuing to give great customer service!
