- LBL BApr 14, 20263.0The eye exam went smoothly. The doc was very pleasant to work with. The young lady who helped me with choosing my glasses was very sweet. Great service. BUT there was another lady there with an attitude spoke as if I wasn’t sitting there. I had a coupon code to use and instead of reading and looking into it she just spoke over me as if I was trying to get over with a coupon. The manager (I think) stepped in and said she would make it work at checkout and did so as promised (it was a discount I downloaded from my insurance and the whole reason I chose target optical) . Whoever the other lady was she may know her job well but her attitude is really ugly. Now I will say before going over my lense choices they kind of just told me what it would cost - did not go over the options. It wasn’t until I asked for a price break down did I find out what all the charges were and was able to take things off that I did not want nor did I need. I got what I needed but my experience could have been better.
