Instead of simply recommending one product, he explained multiple options and walked us through the differences between the 3-step and 5-step programs. He tailored his recommendations specifically to my husband’s needs and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and why. What stood out the most was how informative and attentive Alan was. He gave us his undivided attention, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the products, their purpose, and how they could benefit my husband. You could genuinely tell that his priority was making sure my husband found the right support rather than simply making a sale. I also want to be honest and say that this is a financial investment. It’s not a small purchase, and we definitely took our time considering the options.
