- NPNancy PerezAug 24, 20265.0Mrs. Meaghan Thompson and Susan Guiller were very friendly. They guided me throughout the process, provide me with information about how the brain works with our hearing that I never thought about it. During the hearing test, I felt very comfortable. The instructions were very clear to follow. Dr. Thompson gave me a folder with lots of valuable information about the importance of keeping our hearing. Mrs. Susan offered me coffee it was delicious. They both offered water as well. Unfortunately, I was going through an emergency with my mom and Dr. Thompson was so understandable and prayed for me and my mom. It gave me peace. They treat you like family. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for your prayers, support and care. You both are wonderful 😊
