Thank you tremendously to Channel, who was an absolute delight-- I learned about polarized vs non polarized as well as their importance. I can't express just how truly happy I am that they're able to put prescription in a pair of preexisting glasses. Thank you times 100!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, and I want to give a huge thank you to Taty for all of her help. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options while helping me get the best possible deal on my new frames. What could have been a stressful experience was completely seamless because of her. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt confident in my purchase. Taty is kind, professional, and truly exceptional at what she does. If you visit LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for her. She made such a positive difference, and I am so grateful for all of her help!

Bad customer service and rule, no other customer in their store and I was "late" by two minutes by their grace period of 5 minutes which is the absolute dumbest rule ive ever heard of but apparently this store doesn't want to work by a slight 2 minutes over an appointment time. Go elsewhere.

The customer service was exceptional. Justin, our sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in taking care of myself and my 2 daughters. He helped educate my children so that they could make thought decisions on their frames. He even swayed me to step out of my comfort zone and I’m excited for my frames to arrive (so are my children)! The frame selections onsite were well stocked, store immaculate, and others working (manager and optician) were equally friendly and professional. We routinely get our exams near our home in Midland but came here because of the extensive frame selection. I’m very glad we did!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
