Now a year later I try to use my warranty that I bought and I was informed that even though I have the warranty I still have to pay. Today I picked my glasses up and they said I had to give them my old glasses. I paid for the glasses, the warranty, and the new glasses and still have to give them the old glasses. I will never use LensCrafters again. Will go to eyeglass world!
