We will be adding specific HYROX training sessions to our timetable to give you some new & exciting workouts!!!
Whether you want to train for one of their famous races, or your own race, or maybe you just want to get better at cardio endurance or lose fat & get leaner: this is going to blow your mind!
These training sessions are for everyone. They are a bonus class we want to give everybody access to.
