- RHRita HesterJun 22, 20261.0Only 1 star because they were quick. My son and I both had appointments. They don’t really speak to you. My son rarely talks to people he doesn’t know and the dr and staff barely acknowledged him when he was speaking. He’s 7. I forgot that they have a no cell use policy behind the door and was taking a picture of my child to send to my husband in the frames he picked. The dr was super rude to me about it. I wouldn’t be mad if he wasn’t rude. When we went to pick our glasses up, they didn’t offer to help us adjust them or anything. I’ve never experienced this before. At past optometrist, they have you try them on and adjust them before you leave. The lady just pulled them out to confirm that they were the ones we picked and handed them to me. Super unhappy and won’t be back.

- NNnessa792003Jun 1, 20265.0First and foremost, THANK YOU JOYCE!!! I was not very happy with the last eye dr for my child; however, when I decided to find somewhere else and Googled. I came across Eyemart Express. I was thinking it would take days to weeks before my son could get glasses to see...WRONG! Joyce showed me some affordable pairs and they were ready within the hour of me giving them the prescription. I will definitely be coming back here. Excellent customer service, if I could, I would give Joyce 10 stars!
