- MJMandi JonesAug 18, 20262.0They didn't seem interested in assisting me without having my insurance on lock first (Insurance issues definitely on me): sent me straight to a desk for paperwork before looking at frames or talking options/features, didn't offer to build out my purchase to either push through once I got my insurance squared or get me the out-of-pocket cost as an option. I felt rushed and dismissed. Once I got my insurance figured out that afternoon, I made my purchases from a different retailer.

My son rarely talks to people he doesn’t know and the dr and staff barely acknowledged him when he was speaking. He’s 7. I forgot that they have a no cell use policy behind the door and was taking a picture of my child to send to my husband in the frames he picked. The dr was super rude to me about it. I wouldn’t be mad if he wasn’t rude. When we went to pick our glasses up, they didn’t offer to help us adjust them or anything. I’ve never experienced this before. At past optometrist, they have you try them on and adjust them before you leave. The lady just pulled them out to confirm that they were the ones we picked and handed them to me. Super unhappy and won’t be back.
