I called and gave them all of our information and I was assured that they would be at our house the same day to deliver oxygen cans. After calling back the second day that the oxygen was not delivered I was told by a part time employee that she was the only person there other than one delivery man and no one could bring oxygen to my house until tomorrow. I was told that the work order was not in the system. They offered to stay late so I could come pick it up & when I told them I have Covid they took back the offer I called after hours because a storm was coming and the news said there would be tornados and power outages. I asked them to bring oxygen to my house. I was told the supervisor said NO, I HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL THE MORNING because I was offered to come pick it up. This is unacceptable!!! WHERE IS THE SERVICE???? Tomorrow I will find another company to provide my mother with oxygen.
