  I could not ask for a better experience purchasing an electric scooter. I wanted a particular color, and they rose to the challenge. It's Robin's egg blue and simply stunning. I also asked if they would transport my other electric scooter to my house from my work place. Not only did he deliver it, but he figured out why it wasn't working. I highly recommend them.

  I don't leave reviews often, especially negative reviews, but unfortunately I have encountered some of the same issues that a lot of other people are mentioning in their reviews and it has pushed me to add mine. I use At Home Medical in Columbus, GA for my CPAP supplies. I had an excellent experience with my first mask fitting and the customer service of the young lady with the brown straight hair at the front desk. The issues began after that first visit. They have not kept up with delivering supplies at the 3 month and 6 month marks as they had promised. I have had to go up to the store in person each time to ask about them. I do give them some grace and wait about a month past the promised times to see if they will call, but I never get one. When I do go up there, they look into the system and say that I AM due for my supplies to be refreshed and they were just never sent to me. That's when they hand me the supplies. But they never attempted to get that fixed in their system, so I have had to go up there in person each time to remind THEM of my supplies needing to be refreshed. The last couple visits were not the greatest customer service. As I mentioned before, the younger lady with the brown hair had excellent customer service and explained everything thoroughly, even past the first visit. The issue is with the older lady with the big glasses. When I recieved my supplies in person at the 3 month mark, I mentioned that I would like to change the style of my mask, and she was the one who wrote on a sticky note the exact date that they would call for the 6 month mark refresh which was then I could change the mask style. Of course, that call never came. I even purposely waited two months past that date. When I finally went up there in person to ask about it and reminded her that she was the one who gave me that information, she denied it, was dismissive, and was quick to say that I needed to make an appointment (which was never communicated to me because obviously they don't even keep up with my supplies). I calmly explained the lack of communication to me about my supplies, and she became very rude, annoyed, and snappily told me to just go over to the masks and look for the style I want. I was taken aback, but I did and when I had a question about a certain style, she talked down to me like I was stupid and wasting her time. It was an all around upsetting experience, but I never raised my voice or was rude to her. She had the same attitude whenever I came back a week later as I was told to. Luckily the young lady with the brown hair helped me with the transaction instead and it was much better experience. My items were delivered as promised but they sent the wrong tubing, so I could not even use the new supplies, which means having to go BACK up to the location again to get it swapped out. Overall, I am quite disheartened and it has me thinking of switching to a different company. I have asked friends and coworkers of their experiences with their CPAP suppliers, and no one has had the experience I have had. They all received their supplies in a timely manner and have not had any issues. Hopefully they can improve in the future but for now, my best bet would be to switch to another company.

  The employee staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the equipment that they carry and always ready to help you pick out what’s best for you

  This company is very difficult to deal with. They do not understand how insurance works, they change policies without notifying patients and deliver poor customer service.
