  I came way to the facility with no car the last little bit of money I had to donate for them to tell me I can't donate because of the location of my address on my id the manger was not helpful about to it the worst experience of my life..I was so embarrassed & hurt

  They sure know how to waste your time with all the unnecessary talking and laughing, if it was straight work a lot of people would get out quicker.!!!!!!!

  For my 1st Visit, I told them what medication I was on and they said I was ok to donate. Didn’t have any complications afterwards. I went 3 Days Later to give another donation but now I have to get verification from my doctor because of the type of med I take. I’m not irritated because of the protocol. I’m annoyed because they could’ve saved me the trouble during the initial visit. Ended up being late to work because the time I wasted in the nurse’s office. The staff needs to follow procedures. Last time for me using that location

  The older nurse from the islands needs to be fired. Unfriendly, unwelcoming. Very unpleasant attitude. Next time that im desperate enough to go back I will request anyone but her

  Getting paid is so hard here. You donate but will not be paid until next day and you have to call to get paid. Too much work
