  I love the experience of donating there as a whole. Most of the staff are nice, but what stood out to me is the older woman who does the physicals (Jennifer) needs to learn how to talk to people. There were times where she needed to watch the tone and volume in her voice.

  The staff will literally flirt with the men. Smh! Ms. Whitney focus on your job. He is sleeping on my couch smh.

  I was just thinking about coming to Ked plasma, but I didn't know it was that horrible and bad business. I rather stay at CSL. Plasma. I just had to read the reviews before I decided to waste my busfare on BS. I haven't even been there and im rating it a one when I give it a zero. I can't stand an unprofessional business and places and coworkers that half as do their jobs. With a passion ! I repeat i prefer nobody to come to this unprofessional place. CSL is where it's at ! That location Ked needs to be closed down ! Too many people has a problem there.
