  My mom used their service for my dad who is bed ridden. He often falls out of the bed. The person that came could not lift him, said she had a hernia. Sat in the chair in the family room, and did nothing. When cancelled the You did person in charge said she should have been given specific directions. However if they are paid, trained professionals they should know what to do. They should have checked on my dad, given him a bath, changed his diaper when needed, and should not have had to be told what to do by my mom! Pd. a lot of money to sit her butt in a chair, and do nothing.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visiting Angels. When my uncle needed care, they were an absolute blessing for our entire family. Their caregivers were compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive to his needs every step of the way. What stood out most was how they made a difficult process feel manageable. They took the time to understand his personality and preferences, and treated him with such dignity and warmth. Knowing he was in good hands gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I truly cannot imagine going through this journey without them. If you’re looking for in-home care for a loved one, Visiting Angels is the gold standard. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family.

  Suzie and her team at Visiting Angels were extraordinary. I wish our family had known about them and their services before we did. Everyone took excellent care of our mother and also relayed any struggles or challenges with her family. I cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely responsive and will go out of their way to work with you. My mom was coming home from the hospital and we called that day and they were able to have someone at her place that night and everyday thereafter. I am very grateful for them.

  I had a 18 month nightmare with agency. Each month I was provided a different caretaker. Then 2 weeks ago they called to say they had no workers to come to my home. The scheduler didn’t apologize for their lack of workers:
