  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visiting Angels. When my uncle needed care, they were an absolute blessing for our entire family. Their caregivers were compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive to his needs every step of the way. What stood out most was how they made a difficult process feel manageable. They took the time to understand his personality and preferences, and treated him with such dignity and warmth. Knowing he was in good hands gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I truly cannot imagine going through this journey without them. If you’re looking for in-home care for a loved one, Visiting Angels is the gold standard. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family.

  Suzie and her team at Visiting Angels were extraordinary. I wish our family had known about them and their services before we did. Everyone took excellent care of our mother and also relayed any struggles or challenges with her family. I cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely responsive and will go out of their way to work with you. My mom was coming home from the hospital and we called that day and they were able to have someone at her place that night and everyday thereafter. I am very grateful for them.

  I had a 18 month nightmare with agency. Each month I was provided a different caretaker. Then 2 weeks ago they called to say they had no workers to come to my home. The scheduler didn’t apologize for their lack of workers:

  We recently used Visiting Angels in Cleveland because we were spending 4 days in Sautee-Nacoochee for my daughter's wedding. I'd been so worried about caring for Mom during the night, and then functioning well enough to be attentive to my daughter and her in-laws visiting from Europe during the day. I knew it would be difficult. A family member suggested hiring a caregiver to be there during the nighttime hours to help Mom get up during the night (she has Parkinson's) so that I could sleep and be rested to take over in the morning. It was the best move ever! Lisa arrived at 9 each of the nights we were there and stayed until 8 am. She was perfect! Kind, compassionate, helpful, and she made my mom feel at ease. I knew she was in good hands, and I could sleep through the night. It was the perfect solution for us on this busy long weekend. I highly recommend!
