Well, my previous experience with Southeast was ok, except my lenses were off (I didn't know about the return policy at the time). I waited a year to go back. I was rescheduled twice on this trip. They scheduled me for 8:45am. I show up at 8:39 to fill out paperwork. Doors are locked and regular hours aren't posted. Both receptionist sitting at the desk. I knock...no acknowledgement. Krista opens the doors at 8:45am. KRISTA: WE DON'T OPEN UNTIL 8:45AM... ME: I'm sorry I didn't see the hours posted. KRISTA: IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE POSTED. Very Rude behavior from receptionist KRISTA and I was polite aside from knocking on the door (again regular hours were not posted anywhere. I assumed they couldn't hear or see me). I fill out paperwork and submit it to them and wait 10 minutes. 9am. I tell first assistant my right eye is off...we do pictures etc...and look at optic nerve...I wait 15-20 more minutes to see the Dr. Alexa and I was there at opening. Her Exam with me lasts less than 10 minutes. I explain multiple times that my right eye isn't clear through the lenses she showed me (maybe we should recheck)... Her response was I needed eye drops. I'm sorry I assumed we should try to fix my lenses for the eye that is giving me eye fatigue and headaches regularly. Maybe we should try a little harder to do our job correctly. Argues with me that there's nothing she can do except eye drops. This is not an acceptable answer. Perhaps we could get to work on time, so we're not rushing through customers and giving people excuses and actually try to solve their issue. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. We made sure to take pictures and check boxes we can bill my insurance for, but did absolutely nothing to solve my vision issue once notified. I will not be back. 94.00 for a wasted hour of my time.

Extremely satisfied with their selection. One of the only places where you can get rimless glasses. Pricing was direct, and salesman took into consideration how I wore my glasses, had me out in demo pair how I wore mine, so he could measure them. I stead of the dot with pen and measuring, they actually have a took they put directly on the glasses for more accuracy. Awesome job!
