- CBChelsey Belcher4 days ago1.0scheduled an appointment for june 5th for new prescription (glasses and contacts), june 12th i get my contacts but my frames are broken, i was told they had to order new frames which the manager has to and of course he didn’t work until two days later, i eventually call up there on a random day to see if they’ve ordered them and they said they did but the guy who does the lens just got back from vacation, now it’s june 24th and all they have to tell me is they’re in processing and it’ll be another week before i get them. i leave to another state the 27th. i’ve continuously told them this to nothing being expedited. my frames were broken cause they made the lenses too large, then they don’t want to fix mine first? makes sense right? also what doesn’t make sense is having one singular guy do the lens for inconveniences like this to happen. completely unprofessional for more than $600+ paid. taking an entire month to get glasses is pathetic. will not be returning after this.
